Product Overview

Biz International's HDF Moulded Panel Doors are crafted using the finest quality High-Density Fiberboard skins imported from leading global manufacturers. These doors are bonded with Phenol Formaldehyde synthetic resin, making them 100% boiling water-proof.

The panel definition is sharp and deep, giving the door a solid wood appearance without the risk of warping or cracking associated with natural timber. These doors are available in smooth or textured surfaces, pre-primed and ready to paint.

Installation & Care

Storage: Store doors flat on a level surface in a dry, well-ventilated area. Do not lean them against walls for extended periods.

Fitting: Ensure a clearance of 3mm to 5mm between the door and the frame. Use three hinges for standard height doors.

Finishing: Although pre-primed, it is recommended to apply a top coat of high-quality enamel or polyurethane paint for longevity.
