Product Overview

Biz International's Block Boards are manufactured using a core of kiln-seasoned pine (Devdar) battens, edge-jointed and bonded with cross bands and face veneers. The result is a dimensionally stable, smooth, and lightweight board ideal for a wide range of furniture and interior construction applications.

Available in both M.R. (Moisture Resistant) and B.W.R. (Boiling Water Resistant - Phenol bonded) grades, our block boards cater to varying environmental demands — from dry interior spaces to high-humidity kitchen and bathroom cabinetry.

The kiln-seasoned pine core ensures minimal movement with temperature and humidity changes, delivering a warp-free, gap-free surface that stays flat over years of use. All boards are pressed at high temperature for maximum face adhesion and structural rigidity.
