Biz International's HDF Doors are crafted using premium quality High Density Fiberboard skins that deliver a solid wood appearance without the common issues of natural timber — no warping, cracking, or insect damage.

HDF Moulded Panel Doors feature deep, sharp panel definitions that replicate the classic look of solid wood panel doors. The embossed wood grain texture on the HDF skin adds authentic visual depth and tactile character. These doors are pre-primed (white) or available in the natural wood grain finish.

HDF Flush Doors combine the smooth, clean aesthetics of a flush door with the durability of an HDF face. The impact and scratch-resistant surface makes them ideal for high-traffic residential and commercial environments.

Both variants use our proprietary Ecolax Flax Board Core, which is sound proof, moisture resistant, and dimensionally stable. The flax board core is bonded with Phenol Formaldehyde Synthetic Resin, ensuring 100% boiling water resistance. The result is a door that can be painted, polished, or laminated to achieve any desired finish.
