Premium flush doors manufactured with solid hardwood block board core and Ecolax flax board core options — delivering 100% boiling water resistance (BWR) and superior dimensional stability.
Prices vary based on core type, size, and order quantity.
HW Doors (Hardwood Core), Ecolax Core Doors (Flax Board), and Pine (Devdar) Doors. Custom sizes available for bulk orders.
Biz International manufactures premium flush doors under the Ecolax and HW Doors brand names. These doors are crafted with meticulously selected materials and precision manufacturing processes that meet the highest Indian Standards.
HW Doors (Hardwood Flush Doors) feature a block board core bonded with cross band and veneer faces, providing exceptional structural integrity and a natural appearance.
Ecolax Core Doors use a solid flax board core that is lightweight, environmentally friendly, and delivers superior performance. The flax board core ensures zero surface telegraphy (waviness), resulting in a perfectly smooth surface.
Pine (Devdar) Doors are constructed with kiln-seasoned pine timber, offering excellent workability and dimensional stability.
All our flush doors are hot pressed at high temperature using Phenol Formaldehyde Synthetic Resin (IS: 848), ensuring 100% boiling water resistance. Every door undergoes chemical treatment as per IS: 401, seasoning as per IS: 1144, and moisture testing as per IS: 287.

Storage: Store doors flat on a level surface in a dry, well-ventilated area. Do not lean them against walls for extended periods, as this can cause warping.
Fitting: Ensure a clearance of 3mm to 5mm between the door and the frame. Use three hinges for standard height doors and four hinges for doors above 7 feet.
Finishing: Apply a top coat of high-quality enamel or polyurethane paint. Seal all six sides to prevent moisture ingress.
Maintenance: Clean with a damp cloth. Avoid excessive water contact. Inspect hinges and hardware periodically.
